This proposal will initiate the plan to divest all DAO-owned ATOM & stATOM assets per the following governance discussion: https://discord.com/channels/1095005002201833495/1275559403633770697 MantaDAO currently owns ~$108k worth of ATOM and stATOM: - 15,838 ATOM ($75k) in LPs in the DAO treasury (ATOM/MNTA, ATOM/USK, ATOM/USDC) - 4,720.1 stATOM ($30k) held in the Manta Ops multisig - 640 ATOM ($3k) held in the Manta Ops multisig This proposal takes the following actions: 1) All ATOM-paired LPs in the MantaDAO treasury will be sent to PM’s Manta Ops wallet 2) Concurrently, this proposal signals support for the Manta Ops multisig to send the 4720 stATOM and 640 ATOM to PM’s Manta Ops wallet 3) PM will break down the ATOM LPs into their constituent assets 4) PM will OTC exchange 10k of MantaDAO’s ATOM for 150k KUJI from the Kujira team 5) PM will swap all remaining ATOM and stATOM for USDC 6) After performing the exchanges, PM will send all assets back to the MantaDAO treasury For the 150k KUJI MantaDAO will receive via OTC from the Kujira team, MantaDAO commits to stake the KUJI for no less than 6 months.
