Upon execution, this proposal will send the FUZN/MNTA LP and the ~312k KUJI currently in the DAO Treasury to the Ops Multisig in preparation of the merge. We will then coordinate with the FUZN team do dismantle our LPs at roughly the same time. The Fuzion team will keep their MNTA (~$2.8k at current price; they are free to do whatever they want with it, with no immediate plan to sell, and a commitment to sell responsibly if they decide to do so), and MantaDAO will merge its FUZN (~$2.8k at current price) into RUJI. This proposal also gives the mandate to the MantaDAO Ops Multisig to handle the merge of all DAO eligible tokens (KUJI, rKUJI, FUZN, WINK, NSTK) into RUJI once the merger contract will go live.
