This proposal is to withdraw all ~5.3k USDC.axl from Ghost lending and also instructs the Ops Multisig to withdraw all ~250k USK from Ghost lending on behalf of the DAO. A subsequent proposal will send the ~5.3k USDC.axl along with the "exotic bridged asset" LPs to the Ops Multisig to complete the remaining steps as outlined in the Governance Discussion.
