As MantaDAO an many other projects in the Kujira ecosystem are moving to DAODAO infrastructure, setting Kujira Gouvernance as a vetoer of last resort to protect against potential governance attacks is becoming the standard for security (I bet Coumpound with they had Kujira governance as a vetoer). This proposal is just a test to make sure the veto works as intended.
