Withdraw from LP MNTA-KUJI

This is a proposal to withdraw the DAO LP MNTA-KUJI position to lock in the current KUJI amount. We would essentially end up with less KUJI if KUJI would do a price run vs MNTA which is not unlikely given the RUJIRA app layer narrative. The intention is to keep this KUJI and migrate to RUJI once available. This has been open for discussion on https://discord.com/channels/1095005002201833495/1095026935945510992/threads/1305877814389641216 and no voices has been raised against.
