This proposal look to reverse the MNTA<>WHALE Treasury Swap deal MantaDAO completed with the Migaloo Foundation back in November 2023. 1) Upon execution, this proposal will send the WHALE/MNTA LP to MantaDAO Ops Multisig (kujira1qkh4dhzuyzjx0s8f9avwrns5jusjprva60g2epytpdvdvnmuv4ssngmklk), which will at as intermediary for the rest of the process. 2) The Ops Multisig will then dismantle the LP. 3) The Migaloo Foundation send the 100,371.2 MNTA to the Ops Multisig. 4) The Ops Multisig IBC transfer all the WHALE from the LP (exact amount TBD based on ratio at the time of dismantling, would be 4,120,667 WHALE at current price) to the Migaloo Foundation wallet (migaloo10zqfqhw44e6gvu97frjzcghunndskhu40uyztwu00y6dr9qxrz6qcjfrf7). 5) The Ops Multisig send back all the MNTA (received from the Foundation + LP portion) back to the DAO Treasury.
