Upon execution, this proposal will: 1) Grant authority to the Ops Multisig members to replace Amit (kujira1nu9r7p6lpdkst0qhd3hak9zx7q04n8rtxlqf9y) by PT (kujira1x4hrvetcm7mzhk7xqt46tk8aq27cpclecff9ha). 2) Grant the authority to the Ops Multisig to withdraw the DAO’s DYDX positions from Quark. The DYDX will subsequently be sent tothe main DAO and stake directly from there using ICA (subject to successful testing, which is underway). 3) Grant authority to the Ops multisig to swap the dust (PLNK, NSTK, FUZN, LOCAL, wETH.axl, wstETH.axl and stOSMO) in the Ops wallet for USDC. 4) Refund Alex for cost of Akash deployment to date + send reserve for 1yr+ (total $200 USDC.axl).
