This proposal is aimed to increase the amount of decimals for STARS/MNTA FIN pair to 6 along with updating the BOW config. This is needed to prevent the potential problems with the Market Maker when decimals begin to match up to the last digit and BOW starts trading with itself, thereby causing losses in the pool because of FIN fees.
