This proposal is aimed to place the following limit order in axlUSDC/USK pair on FIN:
Limit buy 50,012 USDC (native) at a rate 0.999 (0.1% premium to the $1 peg - 0.075% maker fee)
This is a follow up to the proposed execution action plan for converting USK to USDC and axlUSDC with a little premium to the market, so MantaDAO could use those funds in the future: https://discord.com/channels/1095005002201833495/1152681232707104818
This proposal does NOT imply the consent of the MantaDAO community with any USK use case that was proposed earlier.
