This proposal is aimed to continue gradually executing action point 1) from https://discord.com/channels/1095005002201833495/1152681232707104818 and will mint another 50k USK using already deposited 15m MNTA as collateral. This will be resulted in ~3% LTV and liquidation price at $0.02. Minted USK will be used for setting limit buy orders in USDC/USK pair in order to trade USK for native USDC (subject of another proposal).
