This is a text proposal to grant authority to the Ops Multisig to use 200k USK from the 468k USK currently deposited on Ghost to start building a position in DYDX. The position will be staked (via a new Quark contract) and will generate recurring USDC cashflows for the DAO that will automatically be converted to USK via Quark, using MantaSwap API in the backend. The position will be built in steps via a succession of limit orders of max 50k USK each on FIN. This proposal also grants the authority to the Ops Multisig to build ~$17k of DYDX/USK by recycling the ~$1.7k DYDX in the DYDX/MNTA LP and using 15k USK from the USK reserve on Ghost lending. Staking revenue will be claim by the DAO periodically, with 50% being distributed to MNTA staker and 50% compounded into more DYDX for as long as the staking APR remains in double-digit territory based on price at the time of buying (or until governance decide otherwise).
