Upon execution, this proposal will transfer the ~35m MNTA collateral withdrawn from MIP-279 to the Ops Multisig. This is the last proposal we vote on from the legacy DAO. Once executed, next step will be to migrate the MNTA stakers’ voting power to the new DAODAO staking contract. After that, we will be able to transfer all the assets and authorities temporarily hold by the Ops Multisig to the new DAO (subject to successfully completing a test proposal first).
