The DAO debt positions have been successfully transferred to the new Debt Positions subDAO using MNTA from the Ops Multisig as collateral. The DAO is now able to withdraw all the MNTA collateral that was used for those legacy debt positions. This proposal will also use the ~$74 USDC and ~$74 USDC.axl excess borrowing from the earlier debt transfer process to repay a tiny portion of the new loans. Upon execution, this proposal will: 1. Withdraw the 25m MNTA (minus the portion kept by the USK protocol as interest) used as collateral to mint USK. 2. Withdraw the 5m MNTA deposited as collateral in the Ghost MNTA-USDC market. 3. Withdraw the 5m MNTA deposited as collateral in the Ghost MNTA-USDC.axl market. 4. Repay 74.122200 USDC from the new subDAO Ghost loan. 5. Repay 74.817144 USDC.axl from the new subDAO Ghost loan. A separate proposal will be required to send the withdrawn MNTA collateral to the Ops Multisig as I cannot precisely estimate how much of the 25m will be retained as interest by the protocol.
