As part of MantaSwap v2, we need to fund a license for Coingecko API (required for the price feeds for the ManatSwap UI). An Analyst plan should be sufficient (this is what Mike is currently using); a full year subscription costs $1,298 (https://www.coingecko.com/en/api/pricing). Upon execution, this proposal will send 1,320 axlUSDC to cover that cost for a year (including a $22 buffer to cover additional transaction fees to get this into FIAT).
