This proposal aims to accomplish the first part of the plan to repay 50k USDC an 50k USK from MNTA/stables levered LP positions. Upon execution, this proposal will: 1) Withdraw 50k USDC from Ghost Lending. 2) Grant the Kujira team ops wallet admin right to the CW1 holding the MNTA/USDC levered LP position (kujira1tkz2mpshewhcrl57kfgycxa047jlgxc2dcuwc60nwwyzndxkr9hsex6jj4). Note that the CW1 holding the MNTA/USK levered LP position already have a 100k USK reserve deposited into it and the Kujira Team ops wallet already has admin right, so the above is only required for the MNTA/USDC position.
