Upon execution, this proposal will withdraw some of the MNTA deposited in GHOTS to mitigate the ability of people to short while we are executing the transition plan. Following MIP-234-236 and 238-239, we aim to withdraw another 100k MNTA (broken down in 2 tranches to make sure we can execute at least in part depending on borrowing activity between now and execution), which will bring utilization rate close to 100% forcing short sellers to cover their positions or materially increasing lending APR for the DAO if they don’t do so.
