Upon execution, this proposal will send 80k USK alongside the wBTC.axl (~$15k), wETH.axl (~$15k), ATOM (~$50k) and ~$50k of wBTC.axl/MNTA to MantaDAO new ops wallet cpntorlled by PM to act as an intermediary for the DAO (kujira192wtay852g79vdhu05v3z9zcg0m20tqpx962t9). Then, PM will dismantle the $50k of wBTC.axl/MNTA LP, return the ~$25k MNTA to the DAO treasury and IBC transfer ~$27.5k of wBTC.axl (~$15k + ~$12.5k) to Osmosis, swap for native wBTC and send back to Kujira. Then PM will deposit into BOW xyx pools: ~$30k of wBTC/USK, ~$30k wETH.axl/USK and ~$100k of ATOM/USK. The native wBTC/USK pair does not currently exist, so this proposal will instantiate it. Once the proposal passes, it will require a second proposal to setup the BOW LP, so this pair will take a bit longer to be deployed. Then PM will deposit ~$25k of wBTC/wBTC.axl into the BOW stable pool. Finally, PM will return all the LP tokens + any unused tokens back to the DAO treasury.
