Upon execution, this proposal will withdraw some of the MNTA deposited in GHOTS to mitigate the ability of people to short while we are executing the transition plan. We aim to withdraw a total of 250k MNTA (broken down in 3 tranches to make sure we can execute at least in part depending on borrowing activity between now and execution), which will bring utilization rate close to 100% forcing short sellers to cover their positions or materially increasing lending APR for the DAO if they don’t do so.
