This is a signaling proposal to support the funding of two new dashboards for MantaFi that will allow to follow 51% Attack Risk in real time and monitor large stakers behaviours. The 15k MNTA grant, paid on delivery: 2/3 of the grant (10k MNTA) will go to Jan, and 1/3 (5k MNTA) will go to PM.
