This will send 20K USK received as a loan from MIP-21 along with 188,264 MNTA (+5% from the current price) to Mike’s intermediary account in order to perform the following. When this proposal passes, Mike executes the deal of buying wstETH using his own funds on Ethereum. Then he bridges wstETH to Kujira and OTC exchanges them for ~20K USK at a current wstETH/USK price. Then Mike matches the bridged wstETH with MNTA and sends LP tokens with all the remains to the MantaDAO treasure.
