This proposal is aimed to initiate the treasury swap deal with Fuzion ops fund (full discussion here: https://discord.com/channels/1095005002201833495/1212521944340111380/1212521944340111380). Given the proximity between MantaDAO and Fuzion, the Fuzion team has agreed for Mike to act as intermediary for the transaction via MantaDAO ops wallet. When executed, this proposal will send 57,811 MNTA (52,556 to be exchanged based on TWAP + 10% volatility buffer) to MantaDAO ops wallet. The Fuzion team will then send 676,228 FUZN to the MantaDAO ops wallet. Mike will then match the received tokens into a FUZN/MNTA BOW LP and send half of the LP tokens back to Fuzion ops wallet, and the other half to MantaDAO treasury, alongside any unused tokens.
