This proposal is aimed to initiate the treasury swap deal with Neutron community (full proposal here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/13EtdCYMls8R5gI--IOlDLoCG0Ije0tyy78aFnAksqmo/edit?usp=sharing). When executed, this proposal will send 420,697 MNTA to MantaDAO ops wallet. Mike will then: 1) IBC transfer 183,652 MNTA to the Nemaku MultiSig (neutron14g6lzcnmd3l4m9jqzwxysggl2c3y3um66sc3s536fh54d3qxaaysmlgae5) to be exchanged for NTRN. 2) Use up to the remaining 237,045 MNTA (incl. 10% volatility buffer) to be matched with the NTRN received in a BOW LP. 3) Send back the LP tokens alongside any unused MNTA to the DAO treasury.
