This proposal is aimed to divest the WINK/MNTA LP and sell the WINK from the LP alongside the WINK currently sitting in the treasury in an OTC transaction at a price of $0.12. Upon execution, this proposal will send the WINK/MNTA LP which currently includes 63,586 WINK, alongside the 181,643 WINK in the treasury to MantaDAO’s ops wallet. Mike will then dismantle the LP and execute the OTC deal, selling ~245.2k WINK for ~29.4k USDC and return the funds to the DAO treasury alongside the MNTA portion of the LP. The proceeds will be used to fund a DYM/MNTA LP, which will be done in a separate proposal after this one has been completed, for accounting purpose.
