Exchange ratio was agreed based on spot prices of $6.800 for DOT and $0.714 for MNTA at the time of the discussion: 1,500 DOT for 14,287.5 MNTA. Mike is acting as intermediary for the transaction via the MantaDAO ops wallet. Upon execution, this proposal will send back 14,287.5 MNTA to the ops wallet as a refund of the funds taken from MIP-183, plus another 15,714.3 MNTA (= 14,287.5 MNTA + 10% buffer) that will be matched with the DOT into a DOT/MNTA LP. Mike will then send the DOT/MNTA LP to the treasury, alongside any remaining MNTA from this proposal.
