Community member Hot Sauce suggested we do an OTC deal where MantaDAO would buy 1,500 DOT he owns in exchange for MNTA. Exchange ratio was agreed based on spot prices of $6.800 for DOT and $0.714 for MNTA at the time of the discussion: 1,500 DOT for 14,287.5 MNTA. Mike is acting as intermediary for the transaction via the MantaDAO ops wallet. Hot sauce has already sent the sent the 1,500 DOT to the ops wallet (https://finder.kujira.network/kaiyo-1/tx/1AEDA1352450DBF3B7102D62FC4A2AE54B33A31F6700CFAA61C3684A2EC4E734 and https://finder.kujira.network/kaiyo-1/tx/6ADC8E192BCBC8A2F5E2EE7401AEEADF9F0DA3C4200467C329B569A58BC0228C) and Mike sent the 14,287.5 MNTA to Hot Sauce (https://finder.kujira.network/kaiyo-1/tx/1A9AA4C886BAC996113F36467275EF2A73887362088D5D430428F93F1A9DC43E) using funds from MIP-183. Upon execution, this proposal will send back 14,287.5 MNTA to the ops wallet as a refund of the funds taken from MIP-183, plus another 15,714.3 MNTA (= 14,287.5 MNTA + 10% buffer) that will be matched with the DOT into a DOT/MNTA LP. Mike will then send the DOT/MNTA LP to the treasury, alongside any remaining MNTA from this proposal.
