This proposal is aimed to initiate the treasury swap deal with Cheqd Foundation (full proposal here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1C5klVdccy_jGoVA7ll_hY42fcQ_5O0pvRXbWApv4TYA/edit?usp=sharing). When executed, this proposal will send ~$100k worth of MNTA according to the TWAP (+10% in case of price volatility) to the Kujira team ops wallet, which will act as intermediary for this deal according to the Proposed Execution Process.
