This proposal aims to start the process of raising 700k USK via a combination of bond sales and OTC sales with the following revised format, per latest discussion here: https://discord.com/channels/1095005002201833495/1193391348255043604/1194083825672802436 1) 58.33k USK - 10.5 Month MNTA Bond @ 21.5% Discount. 2) 58.33k USK - 11.0 Month MNTA Bond @ 22.5% Discount. 3) 58.33k USK - 11.5 Month MNTA Bond @ 23.5% Discount. 4) 58.33k USK - 12.0 Month MNTA Bond @ 25.0% Discount. 5) 58.33k USK - 12.5 Month ampMNTA Bond @ 14.5% Discount. 6) 58.33k USK - 13.0 Month qcMNTA Bond @ 15.0% Discount. For a total of 350k USK to be conducted immediately and simultaneously on passing of the proposal. Following fulfillment of the bond sales, a series of OTC sales to be conducted in the following manner: 7x 50k USK OTC sales @ 2.5% discount with spacing of 1 week between each completion of sale for a total duration of 7 weeks. All resulting USK will be deposited into GHOST, with yield regularly withdrawn + distributed to stakers. The amount of MNTA requested is estimated based on a MNTA price of $0.90 plus 10% buffer. Any unused MNTA will be returned to the DAO.
