When executed, this proposal will update the configuration of two MantaSwap router contracts (kujira1fx4a4wzh4v247laumjllkkw8r692drdj65m5wrcsglydqyrdjq5s57a89f and kujira1t080uepm2jmlrduqk433fappatjy2zha7tqg0p0dj55f4zccqzmqmvcgj6), changing 'treasury' from kujira15e682nq9jees29rm9j3h030af86lq2qtlejgphlspzqcvs9whf2q00nua5 to kujira192dpuleddy7pwhczgu7jfcqf8hnhzdh0va9wg6ea2quta9aj452szkqek8, which is MantaDAO CW1-WL: MantaSwap revenue collector.
