This proposal is aimed at obtaining the MantaDAO's consent for implementation of the new revenue streaming architecture according to the initial proposal: https://discord.com/channels/1095005002201833495/1178787376382886001/1178787376382886001 . When executed, this proposal will instantiate the CW1-WL: MantaSwap revenue collector contract according to the Stage 2 of the action plan. The contract admin is Kujira governance module, meaning that it will be possible to migrate via on-chain governance if needed.
