This proposal is aimed to build the $74k whSOL/MNTA POL using the following funds: 34,200 USK as the MantaDAO's 60% share from the Manta Squad NFTs minting; 3,000 USK that are left unspent from MIP-144,148. When executed, this proposal will send 37,200 USK and 37,200 worth of MNTA (+30%) to the MantaDAO ops wallet in order to perform the required operations.
