Following the passed MIP-112: Target MantaDAO POL amounts for key assets, this proposal is aimed to further increase ATOM/MNTA POL. Source of funding is proposed to be the following: -25k USK that are left from MIP-152; -25k axlUSDC from the ongoing DCA-out process, launched by MIP-102 and MIP-130. When executed, this proposal will send 25k USK, 25k axlUSDC and $50k worth of MNTA (+30%) to the MantaDAO ops wallet in order to perform the required operations.
