This proposal is aimed to execute stage #2 from the proposed action plan on increasing the wBTC/MNTA POL to $750k: https://discord.com/channels/1095005002201833495/1174291477841576007/1174291477841576007. When executed, this proposal will borrow 75k USDC on the GHOST market using previously deposited 5m MNTA as collateral. This will set the DAO's USDC debt from 25k to 100k USDC, LTV to 2.87% and liquidation price to $0.04.
