This proposal is aimed to purchase wETH for building the following POL:
- increasing the wETH/MNTA pool from $150k to $300k;

When executed, this proposal will send the borrowed funds raised by MIP-134 along with $75k (+10%) worth of MNTA to the MantaDAO ops wallet for purchasing wETH on the market and building POL on BOW.
