This proposal is aimed to execute Stages #1-3 of fundraising described here https://discord.com/channels/1095005002201833495/1171501974513008690 : 1. Borrow extra 50k axlUSDC on MNTA-axlUSDC Ghost market. 2. Borrow 25k USDC on on MNTA-USDC Ghost market. 3. OTC sell $30k worth MNTA on Plasma. Raised funds will be used for increasing the wETH POL. When executed, this proposal will perform the borrowings on GHOST markets and send $30k worth of MNTA (42k MNTA at a current price) to the MantaDAO ops wallet for initiating the OTC deal on Plasma.
