This proposal is aimed to initiate the treasury swap deal with White Whale. Proposal deck: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12nBrEX3PkWwDMgrVB2oXFshkjkNbAbre/view. When executed, this proposal will send ~$100k worth of MNTA according to the TWAP (+50% in case of price volatility) to the Kujira team ops wallet, which will act as intermediary for this deal according to the Deal Mechanics (page 4).
