This proposal is aimed to eliminate the one of the biggest gaps in MNTA liquidity on Kujira: ATOM. Although Kujira does have the $650k of mercenary liquidity in KUJI/ATOM, ATOM/axlUSDC, ATOM/USK pools on BOW, it's not quite effective in terms of routing through MNTA pairs on FIN. Having a comparable with Kujira mercenary liquidity $100k ATOM/MNTA POL will ensure that the amount of hops between MNTA pairs reduces by (at least) 1, thus increasing the MantaSwap trading experience: ~ +0.2% minimum to final received amount (minus one-hop FIN taker fee + Kujira pool slippage). Also, ATOM/MNTA pair would enable the direct CEX onboarding for users on MantaSwap when (if) such functional appears. There is no need to raise the funds specifically for this initiative. It's proposed to: - Use 25k USDC (native) from treasury, that MantaDAO got from selling the part of minted USK by MIP-86, 87. - Use 25k USK from MIP-104: Building wETH/USK, wBTC/USK POL: mint 50k USK proposal. 25k USK will still remain from the funds raised by MIP-104, which is 100% sufficient for building the $75k wETH/USK and $75k wBTC/USK leveraged POL at 33.3% LTV as intended. When executed, this proposal will send 25k USDC (native), 25k USK and $50k (+25%) worth of MNTA to the MantaDAO ops address for purchasing $50k worth of ATOM on the open market and matching it with MNTA on BOW.
