This proposal is aimed to implement a package of improvements related to the MantaDAO POL. The list of changes: - Set up the target /Stable interval configuration for MantaDAO pools, reached $100k: STARS/MNTA, SOMM/MNTA, stATOM/MNTA, wstETH/MNTA, yieldETH/MNTA, wETH/MNTA, SHD/MNTA, OSMO/MNTA. It will tighten the spreads for those pools from 0.6% to 0.4%. - Decrease the MNTA/KUJI pool fee from 0.2% to 0.1%. It will tighten the spreads for that pool from 0.6% to 0.4%. - Deploy ARB-MNTA, wAVAX-MNTA, DOT-MNTA, LINK-MNTA, ATOM-MNTA BOW pools. - Launch the MNTA/USDC, ARB-MNTA, wAVAX-MNTA, DOT-MNTA, LINK-MNTA, ATOM-MNTA trading on FIN.
