This proposal is a follow-up to https://blue.kujira.network/govern/484 and is aimed to gather the USK amount that is needed for: - building the 75k wETH/USK POL on BOW via leveraged LPs, using the wETH, that has been acquired by MIP-100 - building the 75k wBTC/USK POL on BOW via leveraged LPs, using the wBTC, that has been acquired by MIP-98 Additional minted 50k USK will increase the LTV up to ~4% and liquidation price to $0.03.
